Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Associate Manager supporting the Cash Management Services team within Chief Operating Office. For additional information on lines of business, refer to the external Careers Site at www.wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers
  • Ensure timely completion, quality and compliance within the operation area
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues to senior management
  • Lead team to achieve objectives
  • Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Make daily supervisory decisions and resolve moderately complex business issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operational tasks under direction of Operations management
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Operations
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
  • Provide training, performance, evaluation and coaching of less experienced team
  • Supervise a team of Operation Specialists responsible for moderately complex transactional and operational tasks such as processing servicing related tasks, identifying problems, improving service levels and develop metric to measure growth and performance
  • Work independently on moderately complex issues and projects

Available location: Preferred location listed below. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Available shift: Monday-Friday 2:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. PT or until work is complete

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ years of leadership experience

  • Demonstrated experience coaching, developing, inspiring, motivating, and recruiting employees through balanced leadership with a focus on employee engagement, performance management, retention, and succession planning
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with demonstrated success with capacity planning, forecasting, selecting talent, ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with direct and indirect reports in a geographically dispersed team environment
  • Experience consolidating large amounts of project status information to identify key risks, customer impact, financial implications, delays, and issues that may pose material risk
  • Project management experience including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while leading large complex enterprise-level initiatives
  • Experience driving organizational change, developing innovative solutions, and delivering results
  • Experience with consumer related remediation policy, process, and procedures
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience with Wells Fargo Banking Operations processes and procedures
  • Experience with Wells Fargo Cash Management Service and/or Cash Vault Services processes and procedures
  • Experience with Wells Fargo Operational Process, Risk and Control, including RCSA
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) skills
  • Experience with Wells Fargo programs, systems, and tools such as: CR (Common Recon), eVAS, Hogan, and OIB (Operational Image Browser)

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to lift approx. 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours as business needs require
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays, as business needs require
  • Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Willingness to work 100% on-site at stated location on the job opening

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$57,700.00 - $102,700.00
