As our Operations Associate I, you will handle all in-depth research regarding patient’s self-pay, insurance and/or bad debt balances. Every day you will, effectively explains policies and procedures and refers each account for proper resolution and provides feedback to the department where the concern originated via the CU or Host system. To thrive in this role you must, can work independently, accomplish goals, excellent customer service and communication skills, creativity, patience and flexibility.
Here’s what you will experience working as an Operations Associate I:
- You have basic knowledge of EOB’s, CPT & ICD-9&10 codes, HCFAs, UB04s, HCPCS, DRGs and authorizations/referrals.
- You can keep track of the changes to various clients processes and adjust as needed.
- You have actively tracked a backlog and prioritizing urgent request as necessary
- You have worked in EPIC
- You have a strong understanding of HIPPA
Required Skills:
- High School diploma
- 1 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft 365
- Ability to resolve basic computer issues
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $15.45 - $24.29 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
