The Operations and Implementation Manager leads two high impact teams that are responsible for large scale installation/implementation projects on Stryker Medical equipment. The Operations and Implementation Manager oversees operations, project execution, cross-functional alignment with business units and divisional partners, while hiring, developing, and managing talent to build a high-performing, customer-focused team.

What you will do:

  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience and drive efficiency across operations.
  • Provide exceptional support to internal and external customers, ensuring timely resolution of escalated issues.
  • Drive, sell, and generate revenue growth through Special Operations Premium offerings and wireless subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, sales representatives, regional managers, engineers, and technicians to design and deliver custom solutions
  • Serve as subject matter expert for ProCare operations and wireless connectivity systems and processes.
  • Lead and participate in cross functional projects focused on elevating the customer experience and operational capability.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance, scalability, and team effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage reporting tools to monitor performance, identify trends/key performance indicators, that will inform decision making.

What you need:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 8+ years of relatable experience

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of direct leadership experience

$100,500- $165,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 50%
