- Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs
- Updating process docs, scheduling meetings, data gathering/analysis
- Process mapping/Process flow creation
- Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Perform research and analysis in support of the operations
- Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
- Estimate cost and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations
- Help launch new initiatives
What You'll Bring
- You're an MS Office wiz, especially Excel
- You're data driven with some knowledge of Data Analysis
- Position is ideal for recent or soon-to-be college grads that are Tech or Business majors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
