The Perfect Match

As an Operations Analyst at SwiftConnect, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across the organization. With a sharp eye for detail and a talent for turning complexity into clarity, you’ll ensure that internal tools, reporting, and data flow smoothly between teams. Your work will empower stakeholders across Sales, Customer Experience, and Finance to make informed decisions and deliver a seamless customer journey. From CRM administration to cross-functional reporting, your contributions will be foundational to SwiftConnect’s growth and scalability.

Your Impact
  • Drive Sales (CRM) Pipeline Excellence: own the health and optimization of the sales pipeline - managing deal flow, contract processes, and sales generation tools from lead to close.  Analyze pipeline data to refine sales strategy, improve conversion rates, and identify and solve process bottlenecks, ensuring our CRM is always optimized, accurate, and drives revenue visibility.

  • Turn Data Into Strategy: Gather and analyze real estate footprint data from current and potential customers to identify overlap and opportunities within the SwiftConnect network. Analyze customer lifecycle and velocity to pinpoint operational improvements and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the customer base. Your insights will drive smarter expansion, targeting, and revenue growth.

  • Own the Contract Lifecycle: Own our contract lifecycle management end-to-end, from initial drafting through execution, renewal tracking, and archival. Track and manage contractual obligations, including deliverables, SLAs, and specialized deal terms, so the company consistently meets its commitments and no obligation goes unmonitored.

  • Champion Document Excellence: Organize and maintain our content management systems (Google Drive, Salesforce, Confluence etc.) so that monthly sales reports, customer contracts, onboarding materials, and reusable templates are always current, accessible, and audit-ready. Establish consistent naming conventions, folder structures, and version control practices that keep processes documented and documents usable across teams. You’ll keep our teams aligned and informed.

  • Power Key Business Insights: Process user and account data across our evolving selling models to ensure customers receive accurate, timely invoices and a consistent post-sale experience regardless of how their deal was structured. Deliver internal reporting that informs strategic decisions and surfaces discrepancies before they reach the customer.Your work fuels financial precision and organizational clarity.

  • Own the Numbers That Matter: Define, create, and track KPIs tied to critical business objectives. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that gives leaders real-time visibility into performance.  Serve as a go-to resource for sales-related ad-hoc data requests, turning quick-turn asks into clear actional insights. Your reports help leaders measure what matters and take confident action.

  • Enable Seamless Transitions: Map and manage the critical handoffs across the customer journey (Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Support, Portfolio Management) and ensure nothing falls through the cracks at each transition.  Build and maintain the communication frameworks (status updates, shared dashboards, escalation paths) that keep cross-functional teams aligned. Identify friction points in these handoffs and drive process improvements that create a seamless experience for both internal teams and customers.

  • Streamline and Elevate: Continuously improve internal processes to enhance operational efficiency. Your drive to simplify complex workflows will help us scale smarter.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
