As an Operations ACH Investigations Analyst within the Payments Lifecycle team at JPMorganChase, you will receive, research, record, resolve, and respond to ACH related inquiries within the department's target goals. You will handle high level, intricate, escalated investigations while assisting co-workers and handling additional assigned duties.
Job Responsibilities
- Research and respond to ACH Investigations received via E-serve, e-mail, fax, mail, swift to department standards.
- Delegate work and monitor queues, collect and report daily activity/ production of work group to ensure processing efficiency.
- Assist with OTM approvals/uploads for check deposits .
- Process bulk resolves, as directed by management .
- Work with Global leads/managers, as required, to ensure work is handled appropriately and escalations resolved timely
- Provide input regarding work distribution and tasks assigned to staff .
- Provide guidance to staff on complex or out of the norm investigations , including escalations, seeking further guidance from managers, as needed .
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum of 2 Years in banking role.
- Ability to multi-task while ensuring to complete assigned tasks with deliverable timeframes.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively in order to complete assigned tasks/cases.
- Quick learner able to work with minimal supervision once trained and able to make sound decisions aligned with department objectives and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to demonstrate high level understanding/increased knowledge of ACH network and department procedures.
- Familiar with Quality and Procedure Policies and m ust have extensive knowledge of the systems available to service customers.
- Ability to handle escalated issues with knowledge of rules and regulations governing ACH originations.

- Ability to effectively build and maintains working relationships with all levels of employees within and outside of the department.
