Summary:
CFGI is actively seeking a seasoned Operational Excellence transformation executive with a strong track in service delivery, practice growth, and business development. This pivotal role involves leading the refinement of our transformation approach, shaping our go-to-market strategy, identifying market opportunities, and growing our differentiating team of professionals. This leader will utilize their network of professional connections and identify opportunities in the market to grow this practice for CFGI.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the firm leadership team on defining the mid-term and long-term strategy for the Operational Excellence practice.
· Support the evolution of our service delivery approach in the areas of maturity assessments, finance strategy & vision, target operating and service delivery models, finance process transformation and automation across R2R, P2P, and O2C business cycles.
· Provide support on further strengthening our brand as trusted business transformation advisors in the PE and mid-market space.
· Manage our partnership with technology solution providers in the areas of finance and consolidation process enablement and explore other partnerships that can bring competitive advantage to CFGI.
· Lead responses to RFPs, tailor proposals, lead orals, and deliver presentations to potential clients to secure new business and grow existing accounts.
· Bring their own network of professional network that can grow our targets both on logos and numbers.
· Stay updated on recent market developments that can impact our plans, targets and delivery strategies.
· Provide leadership oversight over the planning, delivery, and closure of transformation projects.
· Lead the assignment of resources on the projects to achieve required alignment of skills, skills development plans and target utilization targets.

· Monitor and follow up with project leads on budgets, billing, and collections.
· Manage the performance evaluation processes and ensure fair practices are in place, while aligning results to overall performance targets.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree is highly preferred.
· At least 15 years of finance transformation experience.
· At least ten years of experience interacting with CFOs and Controllers in public companies.
· Demonstrated a track record in operational excellence transformation, as well as driving business growth in a consulting environment.
· Deep understanding of financial operations, processes and latest developments in technology enablement tools and best practices.
· Strong people agenda and ability to oversee ongoing projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with executives.
· Sharp analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, dedicated to delivering effective solutions and add value to clients.
· Passionate about client service.
· Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with potential and existing clients and attend firm wide events.
