Global Intelligence team's Open Source Collections Cell (OSCC) is responsible for conducting open source intelligence (OSINT) collection and analysis, by leveraging open source, third party, and vendor platforms to evaluate threats that may impact the firm's people, assets, events, and reputation; their likelihood; and their potential tactical and operational impact and strategic implications.
As an Open Source Intelligence Analyst within the Global Intelligence team, you will have the opportunity to address complex and multidimensional challenges with innovative, rigorous, and inter-disciplinary analytical methods to produce proactive and reliable assessments. With focus on on physical security-related threats. You will report on all Global Security stakeholder cases - Workplace Violence, Global Intelligence, Investigations, Physical Security, Global Security Operations Centers, and others by request.

Job responsibilities
- Conduct OSINT research and background investigations, using social media, public records, and third-party databases to build leads and provide investigative support to Global Security stakeholders, and others as necessary
- Provide tactical, operational, and/or strategic updates to Global Security management, stakeholders, and other line of business partners with minimal supervisory review
- Assist in crafting and maintaining active and passive search feeds and escalation workflows per stakeholder and self-identified collection requirements; direct and maintain persistent collection in support of key requirements, including proactive threat identification/tail-risk monitoring
- Deliver assessments in clear, succinct, and appropriately caveated products that project credibility, convey recommendations, and reinforce key messages.
- Briefing and writing for senior firm leadership.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 1+ years of professional experience, including in performing open source research, intelligence analysis, and/or investigative work
- Experience monitoring social media for domestic/global real-time all-hazard threats and incidents; analyzing potential threats and risks and disseminating error free reports with limited supervisory review/edits
- Savvy and knowledgeable in regard to various social media platforms, including alternative and deep/dark web platforms
- Experience in triaging and escalating issues in a time-sensitive manner to the appropriate parties
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Ability to work through ambiguity, exhibit flexibility needed to shift workload in accordance with changing priorities
- Bachelors degree
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in law enforcement, military, or the public sector Intelligence Community
- Foreign language capability
- Bachelors degree in Political Science, Psychology, International Affairs, Cyber Security, or related discipline preferred
- Experience with AI/LLM tools, especially deploying these tools for the intelligence cycle
