We work primarily with technology SMEs, corporations, and funded startups who develop products in the SaaS, finance, banking, property, healthcare, transport, and communication sectors. We've had the pleasure of partnering with corporations like AWS, Progressive, BNP Paribas, Otsuka Pharmaceutical, Deloitte, ThoughtSpot and SME’s like ShipBob, Crisp, eOne, CloudZero, Ternary, Sendlane, Teachable, and many others.

BB Agency was founded in 2012 on Island Krk, Croatia. Today we are a fully remote digital agency with more than thirty members and collaborators working together from all over the world to provide a valuable global perspective on our work.

We are growing our teams with down-to-earth creatives willing to shape the brands, websites, and products of tomorrow, as well as to keep growing their skills and expertise. We currently have three departments: Design, Development, and General. Feel free to apply for a position with us, and include your portfolio if you have one.

Our hiring process looks like this:

1. Pre-selection based on your application. We are interested in your experiences and your roles on specific projects, as well as your skills.
2. Video exchange with HR.
3. Selection test that includes some general inquiries relevant to every team and situational questions that are team-specific.
4. Video exchange with the Team Lead, where you will present a deep dive into one of your projects. Take us through a project of your choice and show us who you collaborated with, the tools you used, and what particular challenges you faced.
   
5. If we see you as a fit for our current needs, we welcome you to BB Agency.
