What you’ll do

You’ll play a critical role in bringing high-visibility campaigns to life for our customers, including some of the biggest names in Tech, AI, and beyond. Operating at the intersection of brand, operations, and media, you’ll help bridge strategy and execution to deliver impactful, measurable results. In this role, you’ll design and build scalable systems that support a multi-million-dollar program, ensuring efficiency and consistency as we grow. You’ll also be part of a collaborative, fast-moving marketing team, contributing to a culture that values creativity, ownership, and continuous improvement.


Where you’ll work

This role will be based in our San Francisco office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!


Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Coordination
  • Manage OOH campaigns from intake through installation.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, vendor holds, and confirmations.
  • Ensure creative assets meet technical specifications and deadlines.
  •  Confirm proof-of-performance.
Inbox & Intake Management
  • Own shared inboxes and Slack channels related to OOH programs.
  • Respond to customer and internal inquiries.
  • Maintain intake forms.
  • Coordinate OOO coverage and communication continuity.
Contracts & Financial Administration
  • Route insertion orders and contracts for approval.
  • Track signatures and documentation.
  • Coordinate invoice processing and vendor payments.
  • Maintain budget trackers and cost documentation.
Production & Asset Management
  • Manage creative trafficking and vendor delivery.
  • Collect and distribute post-launch photo/video assets.
  • Maintain centralized archive of approvals and assets.
Reporting & Process Optimization
  • Maintain campaign dashboards and trackers.
  • Support monthly reporting and KPI documentation.
  • Identify workflow improvements and build SOPs.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in project management
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Comfort with contracts, invoicing, and financial coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in deadline-driven environments.

Bonus points

  • Experience in OOH, marketing operations, media execution, or advertising coordination is preferred but not required.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $98,536 - $123,170.  However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
