Pay Range:
$4,038.46 - $5,000.00 - Bi-Weekly – Depending on ExperienceJob is:
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
Instruct students in multiple subjects, using various teaching methods, audiovisual aids, and other materials.
Prepare outline for course of study, following curriculum guidelines or requirements of state and school.
Administer tests to evaluate pupil progress and record results.
Keep attendance records and maintain student files and transcripts.
Meet with students and parents to discuss files and transcripts.
Teach students and coaches; support and develop students, and move them toward graduation. Fills in when needed.
Implement the ongoing training and development of staff, including regular teacher observation feedback, and goal-setting.
Facilitate questions or needs of teachers and school administrators (or direct them to the appropriate staff member).
Communicate changes in policies or procedures to all assigned staff, including general announcements that affect center operations or staff involvement.
Oversee the day-to-day operations in the centers, including the purchase and distribution of supplies.
Monitor growth and make appropriate recommendations to the Principal.
Participate in faculty and professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops.
Perform related duties such as student organizations or committees, assisting pupils in selecting courses of study, or counseling students in adjustment and academic problems
Conduct annual reviews of all assigned staff in consultation with designated supervisors and/or others as appropriate.
Available for direct instruction and/or support 2 hours per day.
Perform other administrative functions and duties as assigned.
You’ll Need The Following Minimum Requirements:
CA Administrative Credential required
CA Preliminary or Clear Single Subject Credential required
Ability to train, direct, and delegate responsibility to staff.
Superior knowledge of company policies, procedures, and program offerings, including the use of curriculum, Google Suite, MS Office, and the school’s proprietary software (CSIS).
Ability to travel as needed.
