About the Role

Figure is looking for an Onboarding Associate to join our fast-growing team. As a project manager within the Lending Partnerships Sales Team, supporting our HELOC product, you will be assisting with onboarding new lenders onto our Wholesale, Private Label, and LaaS lending platforms and transitioning them through training and into production. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in helping to grow the next generation of consumer financial services products in a high-speed, innovative environment. 

Figure’s B2B2C offering is a fast-moving vertical that has seen significant growth over the last 18 months. This is a new and growing team with plenty of opportunities to roll up your sleeves and find creative solutions to complex problems. 

This role will report to the Onboarding Manager. 

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the execution of the onboarding process for new lenders including working across product, engineering, legal, finance, Ops, and training for both Figure Wholesale and Private Label/LaaS partners to ensure a seamless process
• Respond to Partner requests in collaboration with the Onboarding Manager and Sales leaders 
• Collaborate with training teams to educate stakeholders (admins, loan officers, accounting, compliance, etc)
• Opportunistically promote the Figure product with partners during onboarding to stimulate demand and increase the rate of engagement at launch
• Execute onboarding tasks as defined by the Onboarding Manager and ensure all teams are actively working towards established milestones
• Execute project plans to ensure efficient deployment 
• Participate in regular Partner external meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Establish knowledge of the Figure data room and due diligence materials for Partners

What We Look For

• BS/BA with 3-5+ years of project management or customer success experience
• Demonstrated understanding of project management processes and methods
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into digestible formats
• Ability to effectively establish project management best practices across teams, within Figure’s existing toolset 
• High level of business acumen; some B2B experience is a bonus 
• Experience in FinTech or consumer lending products is a plus
• Proven success working cross functionally and building solid long term business relationships   
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Desire to expand and contribute in other related functions associated with the ongoing development of the HELOC offering (eg. new partner acquisition, pricing, marketing, training, lender engagement etc.)

Salary

• Compensation Range: $74,000-$88,000/yr
• 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly 
• Equity stock options package
• This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
