As OIC (Offer in Compromise) Coordinator, you'll be the essential hub that keeps our OIC Pros firing on all cylinders. With top-tier communication skills and laser-sharp attention to detail, you'll organize workflows, chase deadlines, and ensure every case progresses quickly and efficiently—helping us deliver faster resolutions and bigger wins for clients facing overwhelming IRS debt.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Organizing the OIC Pro’s workflow daily.
- Manage priority due dates/deadlines using a shared calendar for each tax pro.
- Manage case status and follow-up timelines.
- Be the front line of communication for other departments.
- Manage emails to and from OIC review email.
- Conduct weekly and monthly review of cases by status.
- Review and process all notices received pertaining to OIC cases Review and respond to IRS processing notices.
- Assist tax pro with document scrubbing.
- High School education or equivalent
- General understanding of OIC and resolution process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Time management
- Superior attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills
- Willingness/openness to adapt to new processes and provide feedback to make existing processes more efficient

Compensation: $22/hour + commissions (up to $125 extra a week!)
Schedule: Full Time (40-45 hours/week)
