Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead operational project TA aspects in collaboration with People Ops and client HR teams, as well as cross functional teams such as Resource Ops, IT, etc.
- Develop and implement offer structuring strategy aligned with HR transformation goals, covering processes, and knowledge transfer.
- Assess and address potential unique change/transition impacts for OFS, such as requisition creation, posting strategies, and people leader expectations.
- Engage subject matter experts to support change management, including branding, training, communications, and HR.
- Develop and guide efficient transition plans and lead comms and planning activities through any identified milestones
- Develop and execute comms and training plans for all stakeholders, including leveraging resources for E&E and just in time trainings.
- Plan and coordinate the transition of OFS TA into geographically aligned structures.
- Develop plan for OFS TA knowledge transfer.
- Drive project updates and maintain operational cadences to keep stakeholders informed. Partner closely with region OFS resource operations teams.
- Develop mechanisms for accessing and storing historical FieldCore data for compliance and audit purposes.
- Manage, support, and maintain existing OFS specific standard work. Examples would be the internal mobility processes and business specific audits.
- Guide business units to utilize OFS reporting dashboards and meet reporting needs.
- Manage, support, and maintain Jobvite ATS.
- Additional support at an ad hoc basis will be required.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Business Operations, and Project Management.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Knowledge of Organizational Development (OD) and change management.
- Familiarity with GE Vernova's TA processes and systems.
- Prior exposure to OFS from an operational or HR perspective.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead decision-making in a complex matrix environment.
- Experience with lean processes and standard work methodologies.
- Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Financial acumen.
