Role
BeReal is looking for an experienced Offline Growth Manager to develop and execute innovative offline growth strategies. The main goal is to enhance user acquisition through offline channels.
- Events & Activations: Organize and manage offline events, brand activations, and experiential marketing efforts to create meaningful connections with users and drive user growth
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with universities, local organizations, cultural influencers (but not only) to amplify BeReal’s presence.
- Campus Programs: Develop and oversee ambassador programs at schools and universities to drive organic adoption and engagement.
- Referral & Word-of-Mouth Initiatives: Design creative incentive programs to encourage user referrals and organic brand advocacy.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on offline growth channels.
- Proven leadership in managing and executing large-scale offline marketing campaigns.
- Data-driven, highly organized, and adaptable in fast-paced environments, with the ability to measure offline impact and integrate insights into broader marketing strategies.
- Based in L.A (or around)
