We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. This position requires excellent communication and multitasking skills, as the receptionist will manage various administrative tasks, handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide general support to the office staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the office’s front desk, including organizing mail, deliveries, and packages.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
