Location Requirement

We believe the best ideas happen together. To support fast collaboration and a strong team culture, this role is expected to be in our Palo Alto office five days a week, unless otherwise specified.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing startup. This role is critical in ensuring our office runs smoothly, our people are supported, and our culture continues to thrive. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with prior experience in office management, workspace sourcing, and company culture initiatives.

What You'll Do

Office Operations

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning across teams.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries, vendors, and contractors.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.

  • Develop and implement efficient office processes and systems.

Office Expansion & Real Estate

  • Lead the search and evaluation process for new office spaces to support growth.

  • Manage relationships with brokers, landlords, and service providers.

  • Oversee office moves, build-outs, and lease negotiations in collaboration with leadership and finance.

Culture & Events

  • Own and drive company culture initiatives, creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.

  • Plan and execute company-wide events, offsites, team activities, and celebrations.

  • Partner with People/HR team to foster employee engagement and retention through thoughtful programming.

  • Act as a cultural ambassador and role model, reinforcing our values in everyday operations.

People Support

  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires.

  • Partner with People/HR team on onboarding and office initiatives.

  • Handle travel coordination or visitor arrangements when needed.

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of office management, workplace operations, or facilities experience (startup experience strongly preferred).

  • Proven experience leading office space searches, lease processes, or expansion projects.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver company-wide events and cultural initiatives.

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the company.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
