Job Overview:
Under the supervision of the President, the Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining and increasing efficiency of operations. This role will support in making decisions for operational activities, clinical operations, business development and patient volume growth across multiple facilities that adhere with the organizational policies and procedures and all state and federal regulatory standards, and all other areas of general business operations management.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Oversees and directs the operations of assigned clinics.
• Ensures clinics are operated in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
• Communicates operational opportunities and best practices to AUC Leadership Team including the AUC Owners.
• Work alongside the AUC’s Director Team to establish new policies and procedures for the Front Office.
• Ensures best practices are implemented and maintained throughout the assigned clinics.
• Works with the Billing Team to ensure that the appropriate revenue policies, procedures, and systems are in place to allow for billing and collection effectiveness.
• Manage staff schedules including time off approvals for Clinic Managers, ensuring clinic maintain proper supervisor levels.
• Build positive relationships with clinicians, staff, patients, community, and vendors; manage conflict with care and empathy.
• Manage the patient feedback escalation process for your clinics by ensuring feedback is escalated to the right stakeholders and resolved, and that the patient feels heard.
• Ensure clinic operations run smoothly, including all systems and processes.
• Guide and direct Clinic Managers and staff to ensure great customer service and patient care for our patients.
• Assist Clinic Managers in selecting, hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Support Clinic Managers in resolving issues and implementing the necessary procedures to improve overall operations.
• Conduct site visits as needed to serve as a support for the Clinic Managers.
• Ensure Front Office employees are being trained properly and training records are properly maintained.
• Work with Clinic Managers to ensure Training Specialist, Leads and Shifts meet all performance expectations.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements | Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• Education within Business or Healthcare Management strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in managing staff within multiple departments
• Experience with multi-location management
• Ability to travel; Travel requirement 20% - 50%
• Valid California driver’s license
