Campfire is seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager/Executive Assistant experience to oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, coordinate team events, and support the CEO. This hybrid role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can balance operational efficiency with strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.

  • Liaise with vendors, building management, and service providers.

  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

  • Implement and improve office procedures and systems as needed.

  • Executive Support- Manage and maintain the Exec calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.

  • Plan and coordinate team-building activities, offsites, and internal events.

  • Support internal communications and help promote a positive workplace culture.

  • Assist with employee recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and seasonal events.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in office management and/or executive assistant roles.

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (or MS Office), calendar tools, and basic project management tools.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
