Purpose
We are looking for a friendly and organized Office + Community Coordinator to support our Culture Kings team! In this role, you will be responsible for the overall office management including items such as: welcoming guests/vendors, checking and organizing mail, working closely with HR to plan culture initiatives, ordering computer equipment/IT set up for new hires, welcoming new hires and setting up desk space. You must possess the ability to communicate effectively with the Culture Kings team and vendors, and build positive relationships across the organization. We are looking for someone who is responsible, self – motivated, and can work both independently and in a team environment. This is a part time position, 24 hours a week: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in our Costa Mesa office.
Essential Functions
· Maintain and order office supplies
· Manage snack and swag budget and order as needed
· Greeting guests and vendors
· In office tours
· New hire desk set up
· Work closely with HR on culture budget/initiatives
· Mail organization
· Maintain a clean office space
· Complete additional administrative task as needed
Skills & Experience
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Google.
· Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
· Ability to multi task and handle multiple projects at once
· Excellent time management skills
· Detail Oriented
· Go getter attitude
· Experience in ordering lunches/snacks for 20+ people
