Our food service division manages a network of quick-service and counter-service locations across the greater Chicagoland area, serving thousands of customers every day at high-traffic venues, including commercial districts, transit hubs, and retail centers.
ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an Office Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support and help keep information, documents, and routine requests organized. This is an entry-level-friendly role for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DOSupport daily administrative tasks and requests
Enter, update, and maintain information in spreadsheets and internal systems
Organize digital documents and records
Assist with scheduling, emails, and routine correspondence
Prepare basic documents, reports, and internal materials
Follow up on outstanding requests and tasks
Support managers and team members with general administrative needs
Previous experience in an administrative, office, customer service, or similar role
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple routine tasks and deadlines
Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Comfortable working fully remotely with a reliable internet connection and workspace
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Previous remote administrative experience
Experience with scheduling, document management, or spreadsheets
Experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or care environments
$18–$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
