Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Achieve is currently seeking a Office Assistant to provide mailroom, facility and administrative support to our Tempe, AZ offices.
Our ideal candidate is a great communicator with a positive attitude, who pays close attention to detail and accuracy and has a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Processing all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Fulfill internal requests for local and remote employees
  • Maintain and help distribute office supplies and company swag
  • Receive, Sort, sanitize/clean and distribute IT equipment
  • Assist with all corporate events
  • Create and complete daily service requests in ServiceNow
  • Manage/maintain office supply inventory, storage rooms, breakrooms, and site cleanliness
  • Partner with Shared Services to provide all employees with a world class workplace experience
  • Provide back up for front desk security
  • Provide administrative support for all business units
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google product lines
  • Consistently use good judgement and exercise discretion
  • Scan incoming documents into appropriate department files for access and virtual distribution with File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
  • Assist Facility Techs with building projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Minimum 1 year in an administrative or customer service role
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs for 30mins at a time
  • Ability to walk/move around for long periods of the day
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient with MS Word & MS Excel, Outlook and Google Docs
  • High School Diploma or GED
