Title: Office Assistant (Receptionist)

Job Duties: The Office Assistant (Receptionist) will provide supportive services and activities related to the business office functions. This position requires the ability and desire to work with a diverse group of individuals respectfully and professionally.

Qualifications: 

  1. A high school diploma/GED
  2. Minimum of one year of customer service experience 
  3. Basic understanding of AP and AR functions 
  4. Familiarity with the following office equipment:
  • FAX machine
  • Copier
  • Multi-line telephone
  • Calculator
  • Fire extinguisher
  • Computer

About the Campus: Our services at Crestwood Fallbrook Healing Center help clients recover with enhanced resilience, accessing a wide range of wellness tools and staff support. The mission of this program is to restore a sense of hope, empowerment, community/natural support inclusion, realized potential in each client, and psychiatric stabilization.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. 
Pay Range:
$21$23 USD
