We are looking for a reliable, service-oriented Independent Contractor to join our team on Mondays and Fridays. You will work in close partnership with our Full-Time Office Administrative Coordinator to ensure our workplace remains a seamless, high-functioning, and welcoming environment for our employees and guests.
This is a "hands-on" role perfect for someone who finds satisfaction in organization, hospitality, and keeping a beautiful space running like clockwork.
While you operate as an independent contractor, you are a vital extension of our operations team. You’ll tag-team with our full-time Coordinator to handle the "heavy lift" days of the week – setting the tone on Monday mornings and ensuring a clean slate on Friday afternoons.
Key Responsibilities
- Space Curation: Maintain "guest-ready" standards for the lobby, hallways, and supply stations. You’ll be the eyes and ears on the floor, ensuring every area looks its best.
- Kitchen & Hospitality: Keep the office fueled by restocking snacks and beverages. You’ll also manage the setup and breakdown of team lunches, light dinners, and special treats.
- Organization & Storage: Work closely with the full-time Administrative Coordinator to clean and organize the HR storage room, keeping inventory streamlined and accessible.
- Deliveries & Logistics: Promptly receive and put away all incoming deliveries to keep common areas clear. You’ll also manage outgoing FedEx shipments and general mail.
- Visitor Experience: Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests and notify their hosts upon arrival.
- The Friday Reset: At the end of your shift, ensure dishwashers are running and the office is prepped for a fresh start the following week.
