Requirements

Office Management & Operations

  • Assist in finding and securing new office spaces, including lease negotiations and vendor management.
  • Coordinate office events such as happy hours, team lunches, and holiday gifts.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure a well-organized office environment.
  • Order office supplies, lunches, and other necessities to keep the team running efficiently.

Finance Support

  • Approve expenses and manage reimbursements through tools like Expensify and NetSuite.
  • Open and track purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Work closely with the finance team to support budgeting and expense reporting.

Additional Responsibilities & Growth Opportunities

  • Potential to assist HR with onboarding, benefits coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for vendors and negotiate deals as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Who You Are

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented – You can juggle multiple tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Assertive & Proactive – You’re not afraid to push back when necessary and take initiative to improve processes.
  • Finance-Savvy – Experience with tools like Expensify, NetSuite, or similar financial platforms.
  • Strong Communicator – Able to interact with vendors, employees, and leadership with confidence and clarity.
  • Event Coordinator – Enjoys planning and executing team events and perks.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Familiarity with expense management software (Expensify, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in-office at least 4 days a week
