OEM Performance Manager Wanted to Lead Strategy & Deliver Results

Are you a strategic powerhouse who thrives in high-stakes environments where precision, influence, and cross-functional coordination matter? If you’ve ever felt like the go-to person who knows how to get complex programs off the ground and running smoothly, we want to talk to you. This isn’t your average program manager role — you’ll be on the frontlines of OEM partnerships, shaping digital marketing programs that fuel automotive dealer success and align national brands with local execution. Join a team where your expertise will be respected, your work will be seen, and your results will drive revenue.

About the Role

As the OEM Performance Manager, you’ll own the success of key OEM marketing initiatives from end to end — enrollment, compliance, execution, optimization. You’ll be the connection point between internal marketing teams, automotive dealers, and OEM field reps. From multi-channel campaign rollout to brand consistency enforcement and co-op tracking, your day-to-day will be filled with strategic execution and proactive relationship management. This is a role for someone who understands the automotive industry, appreciates the nuances of dealer-OEM relationships, and knows how to keep everyone aligned and informed.

Why Work With Us

We're not just another agency. We operate at the intersection of innovation and industry. With a strong culture of autonomy, clarity, and results, we empower our team to lead — not follow. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll grow your career, deepen your industry expertise, and make a measurable impact, this is it.

Apply Only if You’re the Best

If you're an expert in automotive marketing programs, a relationship-builder, and a detail-oriented executor, we want you on our team. We're hiring for excellence — not average.

Key Details About the Role
  • Lead OEM program execution for dealer clients and ensure full compliance

  • Be the point of contact for OEM field reps, internal teams, and dealership stakeholders

  • Drive multi-channel digital marketing efforts in line with OEM guidelines (search, display, video, social, content)

  • Own campaign performance reporting, co-op tracking, and optimization

  • Train internal stakeholders on OEM processes, tools, and updates

  • 3–5+ years in marketing program management (automotive or agency preferred)

  • Experience with OEM platforms: Toyota, GM, Honda, FordDirect, Stellantis, etc.

  • Familiarity with digital tools: Google Ads, Meta, Dealer.com, CDK, Dealer Inspire

  • Remote or hybrid depending on candidate location

  • Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
