About the RoleAs the OEM Performance Manager, you’ll own the success of key OEM marketing initiatives from end to end — enrollment, compliance, execution, optimization. You’ll be the connection point between internal marketing teams, automotive dealers, and OEM field reps. From multi-channel campaign rollout to brand consistency enforcement and co-op tracking, your day-to-day will be filled with strategic execution and proactive relationship management. This is a role for someone who understands the automotive industry, appreciates the nuances of dealer-OEM relationships, and knows how to keep everyone aligned and informed.

Key Details About the RoleLead OEM program execution for dealer clients and ensure full compliance
Be the point of contact for OEM field reps, internal teams, and dealership stakeholders
Drive multi-channel digital marketing efforts in line with OEM guidelines (search, display, video, social, content)
Own campaign performance reporting, co-op tracking, and optimization
Train internal stakeholders on OEM processes, tools, and updates
3–5+ years in marketing program management (automotive or agency preferred)
Experience with OEM platforms: Toyota, GM, Honda, FordDirect, Stellantis, etc.
Familiarity with digital tools: Google Ads, Meta, Dealer.com, CDK, Dealer Inspire
Remote or hybrid depending on candidate location
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
