Led by the Head of Creative, the team strives to push the creative envelope and raise the bar on the quality of their clients' creative work while delivering successful solutions that work. They are known for their deep understanding of how campaigns are effective across all channels and their ability to inspire and measure agency work against high creative standards. The department is committed to developing and nurturing top talent in the creative and production community while staying current on industry trends, pop culture, and technology. ROLE SUMMARY
The ARGONAUT Copywriter is a concept-driven creative who helps bring brand stories to life across a variety of channels- from digital and social to film, print, and experiential. They work alongside their Art Director partner to craft compelling, on-brand, and results driven work that is both timeless and timely.
A creative storyteller
Ideates with Art Director on concepts and owns creative work from brief toconcept to production to completion Develops clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for campaigns across multiple platforms (social, digital, TV, print, OOH, etc.)Collaborate with art directors and other creatives to develop and execute big ideasTranslates creative briefs into compelling concepts that align with client goals and brand voiceEdits and proofreads content to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignmentStays current on industry trends, pop culture, and digital best practices

QUALIFICATIONS:
2 or more years of experience as a Copywriter within the Advertising Industry or related fields
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required
Copywriter portfolio, or “spec” portfolio demonstrating strong creative abilities, conceptual thinking, headline mastery, and versatility across formats
Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills
Excellent oral communication and presentation skills - comfort with client presentations and creative feedback
Passion for storytelling, branding, and pushing creative boundaries
