An exciting opportunity awaits you with Reproductive Partners Medical Group (RPMG), a leading fertility practice in Southern California! Our Long Beach center is seeking a full-time RN Nurse Manager to join our team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day clinical operations at the center-level while interfacing with multiple departments including providers, lab operations, clinical and administrative teams.
  • Direct oversight of clinical operations of the surgery center and clinic.
  • Responsible for maintaining QuadA certification for the center.
  • Responsible for clinical interventions relating to patient concerns and resolving in a timely manner.
  • Coaches and develops clinical employees by providing support and guidance.
  • Responsible for creation, implementation, training and adherence to workflow and SOPs.
  • Works collaboratively with Director of Clinical Operations, Medical Directors, and Providers within the practice operations.
  • Must be a team player who is able to work effectively and communicate amongst all members of the health care team to provide continuity of care.
  • Provide a patient care experience that exceeds their expectation by actively listening to the patient and taking on the role of providing exceptional patient care.
  • Other duties as assigned 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Graduate of a certified nursing program
  • Current state Registered Nurse license without limitations
  • At least 3 years of experience in a nursing leadership role preferred
  • Experience working in IVF
  • Current BLS

This position pays between $115,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience. We offer great benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, etc).
