THE OPPORTUNITY
The North America (NA) Sales Operations Manager works with and directly reports to the Senior Director, Sales Operations. The successful individual in this role is focused on supporting the North America Silvus Sales Vice President and the sales teams with all operational tasks to drive efficiency across the sales team for forecasting and reporting. The North America Silvus Sales team is responsible for the sales of Silvus products, software and services via the extensive network of Channel partners and Direct customers through legacy MSI sales. This position is eligible for 100% remote work depending on location.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working closely with the Silvus sales Team to drive efficiencies and growth.
- Provide support to the North America Sales Vice President and Silvus sales team:
- Daily, weekly, quarterly and annual forecasting & committed view reporting.
- Operation reviews and Quarterly Business review presentations and support.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Managing and maintaining CRM data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive growth and new opportunities.
- Creating regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance and KPIs.
- Driving sales forecasting and quota setting processes for the sales organization.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline sales operations.
- Providing training to the sales team on tools, processes, and best practices.
- Tracking and reporting on key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and pipeline management.
- Onboarding new hires with required training.
- Working with Global and International counterparts to drive new tools, processes and collaborations.
- Helping drive integration across MSI as and when required.
- Working closely with finance, strategy and supply chain organizations to align on key objectives
- Travel Requirements - up to 10% of the time, but variable (1-2 days every month may be required).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, or related field from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management or in sales.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies.
- Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities.
- Experience of Salesforce / Zoho or related CRM and Tableau software.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent Google sheets, docs and slides skills.
- Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts.
- Good influencing, consensus-building and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of channel distribution strategies and programs are an advantage.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Master’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in operations management or in sales.
- Ability to work under own initiative and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- AI skills are an advantage.
- Possess critical thinking and investigative skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Office environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following:
- Lift equipment up to 20 lbs.
- Perform bending and reaching movements to place items on lower and higher shelves.
- Kneeling or squatting to access lower shelves.
- Walking/Moving in the labs.
COMPENSATION
The pay range is NOT a guarantee. It is based on market research and peer data, and will vary depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
