NorAm Strategic Sales Director – Americas Assurance

Location: North America (US or Canada)

About the role:

As the NorAm Strategic Sales Director for Americas Assurance, you will lead the development and execution of high-impact sales strategies for enterprise clients and strategic accounts across the United States and Canada. Your efforts will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term partnerships with clients while positioning BSI as a trusted advisor.

This leadership role is integral in overseeing sales operations, resource allocation, and go-to-market strategies, all focused on driving client acquisition, business development, and customer relationship management.

In your day to day, you will be responsible for:

  • Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: Drive sales and revenue growth by securing high-value contracts and expanding relationships with enterprise clients across North America.

  • Strategic Leadership & Resource Allocation: Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to address market dynamics and capitalize on new opportunities.

  • Sales Team Development & Coaching: Build and lead a high-performing, diverse sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

  • Client & Market Engagement: Cultivate trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders while effectively representing BSI at meetings and events.

  • Operational Excellence & GTM Strategies: Lead GTM strategies and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client outcomes.

  • Sales Performance & Target Achievement: Set and monitor clear performance metrics to ensure the sales team meets and exceeds targets.

  • Innovation & Future Anticipation: Identify emerging market trends and implement innovative solutions to drive sustainable growth.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing strategic accounts and regional sales operations.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing major accounts through consultative sales and long-term client relationships.

  • Expertise in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and optimizing resource allocation.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and driving team performance.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office for data analysis and decision-making.

  • Knowledge of North American market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, with the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Multilingual Skills: Bilingual in French, is a plus, as it will enable seamless communication across the region.

Salary Range:
The salary for this position can range from $121,500.00 to $162,000.00 annually, depending on experience, location, and internal compensation factors.
