NMCI Customer Support Representative

Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona 

Corona, CA – Onsite 

Pay: $65,000 (Depending on Experience) - Full-Time with Benefits


SDS is seeking an NMCI Customer Service Representative to support NSWC Corona Division. This is an exciting opportunity to provide excellent customer service and IT support to our Navy customer and support the Command's mission. SDS offers fantastic opportunities for professional growth, certification reimbursement, and networking.



Requirements:

  • Three (3) years of relevant customer service operations (including helpdesk) and experience troubleshooting, coordinating, testing and maintaining IT systems.
  • High School Diploma
  • Secret Clearance

Position Duties:

  • Execute Move-Add-Change (MAC) requests, buildouts, and other related NMCI business processes.
  • Support on-site visits to customers, which may include VIPs, and serve as the liaison and advocate between customer and other entities  and may include escalation coordination, tracking and communications.
  • Communicate updates and changes to the NMCI catalog of services to ACTRs and customers.
  • Support on-premises NMCI hardware inventory such as monitors, keyboards, peripherals and computers for distribution to ACTRs and customers
  • Support NMCI contract line items including software, services and work requests
  • Support cellular/wireless requests, including activations, ordering, cancellations, disposal, suspending services, ordering accessories, installing PureBred certificates, enrolling devices in Mobile Device Managers (MDM), changing plans and features from request system and subsequently fulfilling request through mandatory cellular contract transaction systems
