Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel

The Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Night Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.

This position has the opportunity to shape Guest Experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. The position reports to the Director of Rooms.

Work authorization for the location is required.

About the role:

The Night Manager Supervises the staff of the entire hotel during the overnight shift. Works closely with the staff from all departments to assure that standards are being met. the Night Manager Is the direct supervisor of the Front Desk during the overnight shift. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

The Night Manager plans for the next day’s activities; coordinates arrivals, departures and billing requirements; blocks rooms for arrivals and ensures any discrepancies are resolved. This position utilizes a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports, run night audit reports, and select and block rooms for arriving guests. 

What we are looking for:

We are looking for individuals who have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, are able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation, and can evidence having a solid work ethic, good business acumen and a passion for service.

Applicants are required to have three to five years experience with diversity of Rooms Operations management positions. 

A college degree preferably specializing in hotel management or business administration, or equivalent experience is required.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00
