Your Responsibilities
As a New Product Co-Ordinator at John Deere Specialty Products in Langley, BC, you will:
  • Develop and revise comprehensive plans to coordinate the introduction of new products through the Product Delivery Process
  • Provide data analysis and insights throughout the Product Delivery Process to support Project or Program launches
  • Collaborate with multiple functional teams to ensure projects and changes are executed efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date product code sheets with focus on code-to-code restrictions, adhering to code sheet standards

What Skills You Need
  • Experience in roles that require strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in collaborating with diverse, global, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 Office Software and Tools
  • Ability to read bills of material and product structures
  • Ability to work independently to solve problems, gather requirements, and manage conflicting priorities

What Makes You Stand Out
  • Knowledge of Product Delivery Process
  • Knowledge of engineering principles or product development
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Software, specifically SAP
  • Knowledge of data visualization and analysis tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new techniques
  • Knowledge of Forestry Machinery

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or completion of a two-year technical program with relevant work experience
