As a Design Engineer, you will contribute to the design, analysis, and optimization of digital and analog circuits for memory products. You will work across the full product lifecycle-from early design and technology development through silicon validation-while partnering with cross-functional global teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and reliable solutions that meet customer needs and accelerate time-to-market.
Responsibilities
  • Design, simulate, and optimize memory circuits, including schematic development, layout considerations, and performance tuning.
  • Perform circuit simulations using tools such as SPICE and Verilog; analyze and debug results to improve functionality and reliability.
  • Evaluate architectural tradeoffs impacting power, performance, area, and cost while ensuring adherence to design specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Engineering, Test, Process Integration, Marketing) to ensure manufacturability and product success.
  • Apply AI-assisted design and analysis tools to enhance circuit optimization, debugging efficiency, and design validation processes.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of CMOS device behavior and memory circuit principles.
  • Experience setting up, running, and debugging circuit simulations using industry-standard tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in memory circuit design, including layout optimization and parasitic analysis.
  • Understanding of CMOS reliability limits and their impact on circuit performance.
  • Exposure to silicon validation, test chip bring-up, and lab correlation techniques.
  • Experience leveraging AI or AI-supported tools to improve engineering workflows, data analysis, or design efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in collaborative, global engineering environments with a strong motivation for technical growth.
