JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented New Business Development Sales Rep to join our Collision Call Center team. As a Collision New Business Development Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to independent collision repair shops and explaining our value proposition for why they would want to convert to one of our franchised collision brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound calling campaigns to independently owned collision centers

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales targets

  • Identify and summarize actionable leads for Development follow up appointments

  • Track and record all interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate data and follow-up actions

  • Provide clear, concise information about our collision repair offerings and the benefits of our services

  • Handle objections professionally, aiming to convert calls into qualified leads and appointments

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent; Undergraduate degree is preferred

  • Previous experience in a call center or insurance / estimator environment is a plus

  • Collision industry experience/knowledge required.

  • Strong verbal / written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with MS Excel & CRM tools

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to handle sensitive and potentially stressful situations with professionalism

Work Environment

  • Full-time

Position Location:

Compensation Range:

$18.80 - $33.60

Compensation Frequency:

Hourly

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
