Tuxera US Inc. is in a high-growth phase, and we are looking for a mid-to-early career sales professional to help accelerate our momentum in North America. This role blends hunting new business opportunities with expanding existing customer relationships.
You will sell high-value, complex embedded software solutions to engineering, software architecture, and product leadership teams across a variety of industries. This is a hybrid or fully remote role within the United States, with domestic and occasional international travel based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business growth: Identify, engage, and close new accounts in target industries.
• Expand existing accounts: Build deeper relationships, uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and grow customer lifetime value.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Work closely with pre-sales engineers, marketing, and product teams to align customer solutions with needs.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and adapt strategies to improve results.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to identify and close joint selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
Qualifications
• 3–6 years of software sales or account management experience, with a hunting mindset.
• Proven success in selling high-touch, high-value, technical solutions — ideally in embedded software.
• Comfortable engaging with engineering teams, software architects, and technical decision-makers.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Experience selling into industries such as Automotive, Industrial Automation, Medical Devices, Smart Energy, or Aerospace & Defense (advantage).
• Familiarity with TCP/IP secure connectivity, file systems, or flash translation layers is a plus.
• Knowledge of compliance/regulatory standards such as functional safety or cybersecurity is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
About You
• Results-driven, self-starter with a passion for winning.
• Strong communicator and negotiator with the ability to influence across multiple levels of an organization.
• Strategic thinker who can connect technology to business value.
• Able to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• High ethical standards and personal integrity.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission plan.
• Comprehensive benefits package.
• Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a global, collaborative environment.
