What You'll Do:
- Provide expert NetSuite consulting, leveraging industry experience, business analysis, best practices, and a pragmatic approach to address complex client needs
- Collaborate with clients in the configuration, implementation, and integration of NetSuite modules such as: accounting & payroll, CRM, e-commerce & online marketing, manufacturing and warehouse management solutions
- Lead consulting engagements that include high-level process analysis, recommendations, and transactional flow analysis, all within an integrated project plan
- Lead business process mapping and requirements-gathering sessions, architecting solutions involving intricate configurations, customizations, technical components, and integrations for mid-market and enterprise NetSuite implementations
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and implement automations and integrations, while also evaluating, troubleshooting, and resolving customer request
- Oversee or delegate data migration tasks, including data cleansing, file manipulation, and mapping for project-related data activities
- Deliver training sessions (onsite or web-based) and provide consulting services through phone, online, and onsite support to clients
- Develop master-level expertise in the NetSuite core products and address out-of-scope customer requests by presenting mutually beneficial solution options
- Guide customers through the change management process, providing resources and strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
- Foster new (and existing) client relationships while working closely with the sales team to deliver engaging product demonstrations
- Serve as a coach and mentor to team members, fostering their professional growth and development
What You'll Bring:
- 5-7+ years of professional services experience, with at least 3 years in leading and managing NetSuite implementations, OR a track record of leading/participating in 15+ multi-phase NetSuite ERP projects, covering all aspects from planning and delegation to process flow discovery, functional/technical design, training, testing, go-live support, and project management
- Proven expertise in business process analysis and solution design, particularly within Accounting/Finance, Services, Software, Manufacturing, or Distribution sector
- Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, schedules, and tasks concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and optimal results
- NetSuite Suite Foundation, Administrator and ERP Consultant Certification
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field from an accredited university
