What You'll Do:
- Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements to include managing work plans, staffing, timelines, and budgets across all lifecycle phases, while leading consulting engagements that include high-level process analysis, recommendations, and transactional flow analysis, all within an integrated project plan
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including NetSuite consultants, developers, and client stakeholders, to achieve project goals
- Collaborate with clients to capture business requirements, spearhead Business Requirements Documentation, and contribute to project plan development
- Proactively identify and address project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify improvement opportunities and integrate lessons learned into future projects
- Act as a NetSuite Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing strategic guidance to both project teams and clients
- Maintain and update process diagrams, documentation, and best practices for NetSuite configuration
- Regularly meet with team members to prioritize tasks, monitor progress, and assess the need for additional resources
- Recognize and address out-of-scope customer requests, present mutually beneficial solutions, and help set realistic expectations
- Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and ensure successful customer testing throughout the implementation
- Guide customers through the change management process, providing resources and strategies to ensure a smooth and effective transition
- Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes
- Actively participate in business development opportunities and market a full range of services to prospective clients including using existing relationships to generate new opportunities
What You'll Bring:
- 9+ years of experience in professional services with at least 5 years of experience leading and managing NetSuite implementations
- Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, schedules, and tasks concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and optimal results
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and helping project teams resolve issues
- Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards
- NetSuite Suite Foundation, Administrator or ERP Consultant Certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field from an accredited university
