WHO YOU ARE

You’re an experienced professional with deep expertise in NetSuite Field Service Management (FSM, formerly NextService). You bring hands-on experience in the administration, development, or implementation of NetSuite FSM and have a strong ability to configure, customize, and optimize the platform to meet business needs. You thrive in dynamic environments, can translate business requirements into system solutions, and enjoy ensuring successful rollouts of field service capabilities.

 POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES 
  • Administer, configure, and customize NetSuite Field Service Management modules. 
  • Support implementation tasks, including workflows, scripting, integrations, and reporting. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout rollout and adoption. 
  • Provide best-practice guidance on leveraging NetSuite FSM for scheduling, dispatching, and service order management. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations. 
  • Train and support end-users on new functionality and processes.

POSITION SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Must have 

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration, development, or implementation experience. 
  • Demonstrated success contributing to at least one full-cycle NetSuite FSM implementation, from requirements gathering to go-live. 
  • Prior work in a field service or service operations context (dispatching, scheduling, technician management) is highly desirable. 
  • Experience training and supporting business users during post-implementation adoption.
  • Direct, proven experience with NetSuite Field Service Management (FSM) / NextService modules. 
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP core modules (e.g., Inventory, Work Orders, Service Orders, Scheduling) and how they integrate with FSM. 
  • Ability to design and optimize workflows, saved searches, custom fields, and scripts (SuiteScript experience strongly preferred). 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
