The NetSuite Alliance Manager at Plative is responsible for driving and executing our Go-To-Market partner strategy across the Oracle NetSuite ecosystem. You’ll own the relationships, referral pipeline, and co-sell motion that makes Plative the partner NetSuite reps call first. This role reports directly to the Vice President of NetSuite Practice and sits at the center of how we grow the practice.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain high-trust relationships with NetSuite Direct, AMO, Selection, FAB, and PE teams across all operating units
  • Plan and execute in-person events — lunch & learns, tower visits, QBRs, happy hours, and industry-specific customer events — and manage the budget
  • Enable NetSuite reps on who Plative is, what we do well, and how to partner with us
  • Turn relationships into referrals: own the full lead lifecycle from submission and tracking through credit in NSCorp and Salesforce
  • Activate SDN partners and drive referral volume across the partner network
  • Produce and distribute win stories to NetSuite and SDN partner teams on a regular cadence
  • Report on KPIs including pipeline generated, leads sourced, NS rep activation, event ROI, and partner portal compliance

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of alliance management experience at a professional services firm within the NetSuite ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of Oracle NetSuite’s internal org — Direct, AMO, Selection, FAB, PE — and the NSCorp partner portal
  • An outgoing, social presence with a genuine desire to build and maintain a wide professional network
  • A self-starter mentality: you plan your own schedule, set your own priorities, and don’t need day-to-day direction
  • An analytical, data-driven approach — you use pipeline and referral metrics to decide where to spend your time
  • Salesforce proficiency as a daily-use tool, including reports and dashboards

What We’ll Provide You With:

  • A direct reporting line to the Vice President of NetSuite Practice and real access to practice leadership
  • A ground-floor opportunity to shape the alliance function at a Top-10 Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner and Salesforce Summit Partner
  • Work-from-anywhere flexibility with travel to field events, partner meetings, and industry conferences like SuiteWorld and more
  • A strong delivery team behind you — win stories to tell, go-lives to celebrate, and a track record to sell against

How You’ll Embody Our Core Values At Plative, our core values shape how we work, collaborate, and grow. As part of the team, you will:

  • Put People First: Build trusted relationships with clients and mentor teammates.

  • Grow Together, Win Together: Share knowledge, celebrate wins, and elevate others.

  • Bring Your Authentic Self to Work: Foster openness, empathy, and integrity in every interaction.

  • Take the Path You’ll Be Proud Of: Deliver excellence, own outcomes, and learn from challenges.

  • Push Boundaries, Blow Minds: Design creative, scalable solutions that drive real impact.

Compensation Compensation is competitive and benchmarked to the market. Exact ranges vary by region and will be discussed during the initial interview process.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
