Job Description

This is a LARGE team - about 100 or so. Collaboration and communication skills are critical! Must have knowledge of working with highly specialized/customized apps built on SharePoint. If you have this, everything else becomes a nice-to-have.

Qualifications

1. Strong expertise with developing custom SharePoint solutions using modern web UI framework and REST

2. Strong background in design and development of .NET applications and SQL skills

3. Good understanding of SharePoint 2013 frameworks and out of the box features

4. Proficient in technical analysis and problem solving

5. Highly skilled in assessing technology options and recommend solutions for business requirements

6. Ability to influence technical direction, design methodologies and patterns

7. Ability to estimate, plan, lead, and execute complex technical projects

8. Deep insight of infrastructure technologies and development environment optimizations

9. Advocate for best practices in team development process, source code management, and build and deployment processes

10. Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, ability to closely and effectively collaborate with the business, IT partner teams, team members, and mentor early career developers 

11. Familiar with Agile methodology and prior working experience in Agile teams

Rate $55-62/hr
