Position Overview

The Negotiator, Demand Generation creates, delivers and implements impactful lead gen programs.  In this role, the negotiator will profile, drive awareness, build solid relationships and create qualified pipelines for clients.

In this role, you’ll see tremendous growth in the team, its client base, and your personal career, as you develop a deep - and marketable - understanding of our service area. As a team, Demand Generation covers a wide range of craft skills including but not limited to Content Syndication, ABM / lead gen, Digital Marketing and Technical Implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Help plan, execute, optimize and manage Digital and ABM / lead gen campaigns by using data and insights to craft strategy and align stakeholders
  • Regular client and external supplier interaction and relationship building
  • Prepare campaign level reporting, document and present learnings, findings and insights
  • Collaborate with colleagues across speciality and planning crafts to deliver best-in class results on behalf of clients
  • Ensure campaigns are executed according to the brief and in a timely manner

Required Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with Content Syndication and digital media experience within B2B is essential
  • Prior experience using lead management tools such as Convertr and Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, effective time and project management skills, meticulous attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot & problem solve, a people-first attitude, and a positive can-do mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years of proven experience with digital marketing in a B2B environment
  • Able to work as part of a team in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
