About Us

Everchron is a legal tech company built by lawyers for lawyers. We build cloud-based case management software for top tier law firms and Fortune 500 companies so that their lawyers can collaborate from anywhere in the world.

Remote since before it was cool.

We were founded as a remote company in 2012 and will always be remote first. Work from anywhere you want.

About Everchron

Everchron is a dynamic and growing legal technology company transforming how law firms and corporate legal teams manage litigation. We foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and autonomy. At Everchron, you’ll collaborate directly with leaders who move quickly to drive the company’s growth. We are looking for driven, client-focused sales executives who are passionate about technology and thrive in a remote-first, team-oriented environment.

About the Role

As a National Sales Executive at Everchron, you will take full ownership of the sales process — from initial lead engagement to long-term account growth. Though this is a remote position, you will work with prospects and customers across the U.S., closing new deals and managing relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and expansion.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professionals who want to make a direct impact in a rapidly scaling legal tech company. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver a premium customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from discovery and demos to negotiation and close
  • Lead engaging product demos via Zoom or in-person for legal professionals at both law firms and corporate legal departments
  • Confidently present complex software and legal enterprise solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Qualify and develop sales opportunities, whether generated by SDRs or self-sourced
  • Negotiate and close contracts, coordinating as needed with Everchron’s Legal, Compliance, and Security teams for procurement and legal review
  • Own post-sale relationships, including renewal conversations and identification of upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Drive account growth by building strong relationships, understanding evolving client needs, and helping customers maximize the value of Everchron
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales pipeline forecasts to support visibility and planning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on customer needs

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a full-cycle Account Executive or similar role
  • Proven success in selling to legal professionals, including law firms, litigation teams, or corporate legal departments
  • Experience with or knowledge of legal tech, e-discovery platforms, or litigation workflows is strongly preferred
  • Strong skills in presenting complex software solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage post-sale relationships, including renewals, upsells, and account growth
  • Comfortable navigating legal and procurement processes, with experience coordinating internal resources as needed (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Security)
  • Experience working with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and owning qualified leads from handoff to close
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport remotely
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven, with the ability to manage a national territory from a remote environment
  • Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Zoom, Slack, and other sales enablement software
  • Interest in experimenting with new tools and approaches, including AI and sales automation technologies, to improve efficiency and outcomes

Compensation: A generous salary combined with uncapped commissions means our top performers often earn well over $250,000/year. The reasonably expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) for a fully ramped up representative is estimated to be $150,000-$300,000, which includes a reasonably expected base salary of $100,000-$150,000 plus reasonably expected commissions of $50,000-$150,000.

At Everchron, you’ll be an integral part of a growing team. You will make an immediate impact and your individual contributions will be visible to leadership and customers. Come help us build the operating system for lawyers and legal teams.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
