National Foodservice Business Manager – QSR (Private Label: Salty Snacks, Cookies & Crackers)

Remote (Up to 65% Travel)

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven National Foodservice Business Manager to lead growth in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channel. This role will spearhead the commercialization and expansion of our private label salty snacks, cookies, and crackers portfolio—managing key national accounts and forging new partnerships with top QSR chains.

The ideal candidate is a strategic closer with the energy, creativity, and resilience to build lasting customer relationships, drive incremental growth, and develop a robust pipeline of new business. This is a remote position with national travel up to 65%.

Your Seat at the Table:

  • Own and grow existing national QSR accounts, focusing on category expansion, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Drive new business development by delivering innovative, customized private label solutions to national and regional QSR chains.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using market insights, competitive intelligence, and industry relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, operations, marketing, and supply chain to meet customer specs and profitability goals.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting for revenue, volume, and sales performance.
  • Balance tactical execution with strategic vision to position our portfolio as the preferred private label partner in the QSR space.
  • Navigate the Stage Gate process to vet new ideas and assess alignment with current capabilities and product offerings.

What you Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in foodservice/QSR; private label experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts while securing new business.
  • Deep understanding of private label program development and national foodservice distribution networks.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for results and innovation.
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally up to 65%.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Additional Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer business planning expertise
  • High-level presentation and facilitation skills
  • Effective cross-functional leadership and collaboration
  • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Highly organized with excellent time management
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset
  • Skilled in change management and challenging the status quo
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities
  • Role model of company values: Respect, Teamwork, and Giving Back

Why This Role Matters

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of our private label foodservice business. Your ability to expand existing QSR relationships and open doors with new chains will be instrumental in driving long-term growth and market leadership.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
