About us:

SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transact confidently with one another.

By building the future of identity verification in the United States and reinventing the currently clunky, ineffective, and expensive process, we believe strongly that the future will be 10x better.

We’ve had tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Already our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, beginning with financial services. In 2021, we raised a $70M Series B round, led by Craft Ventures to rapidly scale our best in class products. We’ve earned coverage and awards from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 list consecutively since 2023. Last but not least, we’ve even been a part of history -- we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives.

Role

As a National Account Executive for SentiLink Investigate, you will be responsible for selling a brand new innovative solution to financial institutions. Your role will focus on introducing our upcoming product, Investigate, that helps our partners solve their fraud and identity challenges. You will build pipeline from scratch, strategically position our offerings, and cultivate trust with potential partners to drive meaningful traction. You’ll be the sales expert for Investigate, building the playbook and sales process, and helping enable your teammates to sell Investigate in their book of business.

What is Investigate?

SentiLink Investigate is our forthcoming fraud investigation tool, currently in development, that will provide institutions with powerful insights into consumers and businesses to investigate fraud throughout the customer lifecycle. Unlike general-purpose search tools, Investigate is engineered for fraud prevention, equipping analysts with actionable intelligence to resolve cases faster and more confidently.

This is a remote, US-based role.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful experience in sales and business development selling investigative tools for identity, fraud, and risk

  • Proven track record of pipeline generation and quota attainment

  • Familiarity with identity verification or fraud detection solutions—or a strong willingness to learn

  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a hustler mentality
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting OTE $250k

  • Stock options

  • 100% employer covered M/D/V

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
