Job Description

BryceTech is looking for a Graphic and Visual Designer to join our team and help Air Force’s AFWERX program in providing multimedia content creation and maintenance. The selected candidate will work directly with the Air Force Small Business and Innovation Research Program Management Office (PMO).  The selected candidate must have strong video editing, graphic designing, and content creation skills. The selected candidate must be able to travel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop engaging and high-quality content, including digital media, videos, graphics, and other visual elements, for various platforms.
  • Develop graphic and visual solutions aligned with the organizational goals and brand guidelines to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging.
  • Capture, create, and edit photographs and visual content for in reach and outreach. Design and produce visual content through scriptwriting, storyboarding, and video editing.
  • Maintain internal communication resources, such as websites, and proactively refresh content to inform stakeholders of current information.
  • Use and maintain equipment, tools, and software required for visual content creation. Upgrade equipment and tools according to the industry trends.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine content for better quality and engagement.
  • Collaborate across the organization for critical insights to inform high-quality and effective communication products.

Qualifications

 

  • Degree or certificate in multimedia production, graphic design, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience working in digital content creation field, preferably with a military or government context.
  • Knowledge of data visualization principles and ability to translate data into impact visual formats.
  • Strong understanding of photography and videography equipment and techniques.
  • Strong experience in creating, managing, and editing digital media.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Proficient in multimedia production software, visual content creation tools, and content management systems.
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management.
  • A collaborative and engaging nature.
  • Has a proactive mindset and can use critical thinking skills to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to different priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent work ethic and excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Additional Information

A Secret Clearance is required.

This position is subject to contract award.
