We are a rapidly growing team and welcome all who love a fast-paced, rewarding challenge to join us today!

Role Overview:

The MSP Partner Success Manager (PSM) is a revenue-focused, partner-facing role with one clear mission: grow IRONSCALES’ seat count and ARR within our existing MSP partner base. This role owns the full partner revenue lifecycle—from post-sale handoff through expansion, upsell, and cross-sell—with a relentless focus on increasing IRONSCALES penetration across each partner’s client portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor and growth driver, helping MSPs unlock more value from IRONSCALES’ AI-driven email security platform while building the deep relationships that fuel long-term revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a sales-minded partner champion who pairs commercial instincts with enough technical fluency to guide partners from onboarding through full adoption. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on hitting targets and winning with partners.

Core Responsibilities:

•       Own revenue growth within your MSP portfolio—driving seat expansion, license penetration, upsell, and cross-sell to increase IRONSCALES’ ARR and share of wallet across each partner’s client base.

•       Develop and execute partner-specific account plans that identify whitespace, map IRONSCALES’ full capabilities (e.g., phishing simulation, remediation tools) to each partner’s client portfolio, and convert opportunities into closed revenue.

•       Build deep, trusted relationships with MSP partners—serving as their primary post-sale point of contact and conducting regular business reviews that reinforce IRONSCALES’ value and surface new growth opportunities.

•       Lead end-to-end onboarding for new MSPs, ensuring rapid deployment and integration of IRONSCALES’ solutions into their service offerings to accelerate time-to-value and set the foundation for long-term expansion.

•       Deliver tailored enablement programs to MSPs covering platform navigation, sales strategies, and best practices—empowering partners to sell more IRONSCALES seats and support their own clients more effectively.

•       Monitor MSP usage, license utilization, and performance metrics across your portfolio, proactively identifying partners with low penetration or at-risk renewals and taking action to protect and grow revenue.

•       Partner with Marketing to equip MSPs with co-branded collateral, demand generation campaigns, and go-to-market resources that help partners sell IRONSCALES to a broader share of their client base.

•       Serve as the voice of the MSP into IRONSCALES—channeling partner feedback and competitive intelligence to the Product team and participating in our Partner Advisory Council to shape roadmap priorities and strengthen our market position.

Requirements

What We Need from You:

5 or more years’ experience in a quota-carrying or revenue-accountable role—account management, partner success, or sales—within a SaaS, cybersecurity, or MSP/VAR ecosystem, with a demonstrable track record of growing ARR and expanding accounts.

•       Strong commercial instincts with a hunter’s mindset—equally comfortable identifying whitespace, building business cases, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing partner base.

•       Excellent pipeline management and forecasting discipline, with the ability to track, prioritize, and report on revenue opportunities across a portfolio of MSP partners.

•       Exceptional relationship-building, listening, and negotiation skills—you know how to earn trust with technical and business stakeholders alike and drive results through influence.

•       Experience onboarding partners or customers onto technical platforms, with a track record of driving adoption, expansion, and measurable business outcomes.

•       Strong presentation and training skills—both in-person and virtual—to run effective QBRs, business reviews, and enablement sessions that move partners to action.

•       Sufficient technical fluency to navigate platform discussions and guide partner onboarding—you don’t need to be an engineer, but you must be able to speak credibly about email security, AI-driven tools, and MSP workflows.

•       High-energy, proactive mindset with a passion for partner success, problem-solving, and thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

•       Willingness to travel up to 25% to support partner QBRs, on-site business reviews, industry events, and strategic partner visits that deepen relationships and accelerate growth.

We believe in our people; therefore, we provide a robust compensation & benefits package. This includes competitive salaries, 401(k) with Match, PTO program, HSA & PPO Options for Health Insurance, Employer-provided Life Insurance, Wellness benefits, and more!

IRONSCALES is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
