Reporting into the Director of Partner & Alliance Marketing, this is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves building communities, launching programs, and making things happen.

This is not a coordination-only role. You will be directly responsible for building and managing our MSP community, activating partners with campaigns and materials, and helping them sell more DNSFilter products and services to their end customers, in addition to generating assets and campaigns for other partners.

Qualified candidates can use Asana (a work scheduling system) inclduing updating a PMO, are used to working in an agile manner, can flex when needed, are scrappy, industrious, action-oriented, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves every day.

Eligible candidates have and can work successfully in a small to mid-sized fast-paced, hyper-growth, SaaS start-up or scale-up, and can work full-time ET hours.

We recognize that people come with a wealth of experience and talent beyond just the technical requirements of a job. If you feel like this job is for you, please apply. We believe diversity of experience and skills, including transferable skills, combined with passion, is a key to innovation and excellence; therefore, we encourage people from all backgrounds to apply to our positions!

This person will be accountable for turning DNSFilter partners into active sellers and advocates!

To qualify for this role, You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in MSP marketing, partner marketing, or B2B SaaS community roles
  • Experience working directly with MSPs or channel partners
  • Proven ability to execute operational marketing programs
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate output
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to take direction while also operating independently
  • A builder mindset — you like creating momentum, not waiting for instructions
  • A bias toward action and accountability
  • Ability to work ET hours

Bonus points for:

  • Cybersecurity and MSP ecosystem experience

At DNSFilter, You Will:

  • Build and manage a global MSP community focused on engagement, enablement, and revenue generation
  • Educate MSPs on how DNSFilter helps them sell more services and products to their customers
  • Produce and maintain MSP-focused assets, toolkits, and materials that drive consumption and pipeline
  • Drive adoption of “campaigns in a box” and partner promotional programs across the partner base
  • Proactively engage partners to ensure they are activated and executing campaigns
  • Support joint marketing initiatives, including webinars, field events, and partner activations
  • Coordinate and attend partner events as needed
  • Track engagement and contribution to pipeline and revenue
  • Work closely with Partner Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Operations to align efforts
  • Leverage AI tools to move faster across content creation, enablement materials, and communications

Your success will be measured by partner engagement, campaign adoption, and pipeline contribution.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable operating at the coalface of partner marketing.

We Offer:

  • Pathway to promotion to additional organizational positions and responsibilities based upon results and performance, not just time in the chair.  You help us grow, and we will help you grow.
  • Passionate and intelligent colleagues who work hard and have a good time doing it
  • Paid company-wide week off at the end of each year
  • Flexible Vacation Policy
  • Awesome company swag
  • Full medical, dental, and vision benefits for US, UK, and Canada-based employees
  • Full short-term disability and life benefits; available long-term disability
  • Retirement savings account options with vested company matching for qualifying employees
  • In-person annual gatherings. Last time we all spent a week on a beach in Cancun!

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
