The Opportunity
As part of the Software Engineering team you will oversee the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of our Digital Asset Management platform. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while securing project success and maintaining exceptional standards. This role offers the chance to collaborate with marketing and IT teams, driving innovation and enhancing digital document experiences for business users.
Responsibilities
- Manage incident resolution and uphold compliance with security standards
- Facilitate the setup and ingestion of digital assets across various channels
- Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to junior staff
- Analyze and troubleshoot API integrations to improve functionality
- Establish practices for managing digital assets and workflows
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree preferred
- Adobe certified professional - AEM Sites Developer, Adobe certified architect - AEM Sites Business Practitioner preferred
- Demonstrating proficiency in AEM architecture and components
- Utilizing Java/J2EE and front-end frameworks effectively
- AEM 6.x+, OSGi, Sling, JCR, Apache Felix
- REST API (OAuth, JWT authentication)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for document storage and processing
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
- Optimizing content delivery and cache setup
- Working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Conducting training sessions for users and junior analysts
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks
- Ability to work in a 24/7 production support environment

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
