Job requirements
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including configuration capabilities and features.
- Proficiency in entity customization, workflow creation, form design, and data import/export within Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience developing and deploying custom coded C# processes.
- Capable of reading and writing JavaScript, HTML, & SQL.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutioning & best practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Basic understanding of Azure Data Factory (ADF) & Logic Apps.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
- Experience with Zendesk & Jira is a plus
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications, such as MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant or equivalent, are desirable but not mandatory
